Our paprika has a twist on any regular paprika. It is made with 100% local sweet peppers from Humboldt County (Shakefork Farm) and is only available when peppers are in season. This paprika has a sweet flavor with no sweeteners added. Its a beautiful orange color that shows the freshness of each pepper that is ground up into it.
